Ingredients:
2 cups of black rice
1 cup of brown rice
1 red onion chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
4 to 6 cloves of garlic
1 tomato chopped
celery leaf for garnish
2 cups of veggie broth or water
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf

In a blender combine tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic and olive oil and blend.
Preheat medium saucepan on medium high heat, then and add pepper sauce, while sauce is warming combine rice together and rinse. Add rice to sauce mixture and stir, continue stirring for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups of stock or water stir, bay leaf and bring to a boil. Stir in salt and pepper then simmer and for 20 minutes or until rice is tender to chew and water is absorbed.
Remove from heat let sit for 5 mins. Fluff rice and serve with celery leaf.
(Remove Bay leaf before serving!)
