Hi loves!

I get a ton of Dm’s on Instagram on how I wake up between 4: 00-4: 30 a.m. every weekday so I thought I’d walk you through my morning routine, show you exactly what I do, the reasons why I do it, and how you could potentially add in some of those tips!

Remember that waking up earlier or later does not mean you’re a better or a worse person for it. The biggest takeaway that I hope you all walk away from this video with is that you’re allowed to take me time and do things that fill up your cup before you pour for others.
