Throughout my weight loss and maintenance journey I take the time to grocery shop, meal plan and prep which is key!!!

In this video I have prepared my delicious broccoli salad, fruit, chick peas and turkey meat, toasted tortillas and jello.

Half your plate needs to be veggies with a high protein option like chick peas and turkey meat, a low carb option like my tortilla and fruit. This covers all your healthy food groups!!!

When you eat clean with low sugars, low, sodium, high protein, lower carbs and calories you will stay fuller longer and more satisfied too!!

When you are enjoying what you eat you are less likely to veer and sabotage your efforts! And when you make your food look beautiful with lots of colors you will want to make it all the time.
