Here is the the recipe of Healthy Oats Kabab. Enjoy in quarantine to make your immune system healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
Oats (1/2 cup)
Hot Water
Boiled & Mashed Red Beans (3 tbs)
Chopped Coriander/Dhaniya (2 tbs)
Spinach/Palak (2 tbs)
Chopped Green Chili/Hari Mirch (1 tbs)
Coconut Powder (2-3 tbs)
Salt/Namak (1 tsp)
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch (1 tsp)
Red Chili Powder/Laal Mirch (1 tsp)
Black Salt/Kala Namak (1/2 tsp)
Cumin Powder/Zeera (1 tsp)
DIRECTIONS:
Soak the oats in hot water for 2-4 mins.
Strain the oats.
Kabab Masala:
Add soaked oats, mashed red beans, chopped coriander, spinach, chopped green chili, coconut powder, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, black salt, cumin powder.
Mix all the ingredients
(if you want thick masala, add more coconut powder)
Wet hands with water and make kabab
Add little bit oil in pan
Shallow fry the kabab
