Sharing today a healthy salad which is a mix of fruits and nuts . It is known as the Waldorf salad a very famous salad from NewYork.Originally mayonnaise is used in it, today I am using yogurt and sour cream.

Detailed Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 bowl walnut
3/4 bowl yogurt
1/2 bowl sour cream
1/4 spoon sugar
1/2 spoon black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 spoon red paprika
1/4 bowl chopped mint
1 bowl celery
1 bowl green grapes
2 apples
1/2 lemon juice
lettuce to plate
Recipe:
toast the walnuts for 2-3 minutes, don’t cook for more than the mentioned time otherwise they will taste bitter
in a large bowl , add yogurt and sour cream . Give them a mix
now add sugar , black pepper, salt , red paprika , mint and mix
chop celery in small the centre part ( you can use its front part for your stock), grapes in halves and apples in small pieces
in a bowl add the apple pieces and squeeze in the lemon , this will avoid the browning of the apples
now add celery , grapes , walnut and yogurt mix
give them a nice mix
the salad is ready to plate
serve it on lettuce leaves
