Hey guys! I legit have a constant craving for something sweet and tend to have a bad habit of eating them in a large quantity. This is why this is such a great alternative to also help curb that sweet tooth craving while contributing to your fitness goals!
INGREDIENTS (24 bars)
– 3 cups of Chex Cereal (or any wafer-like cereal mix) –
– 1.5 cups of chocolate chips –
– 1 cup of PB2 –
– 1/2 cup of maple syrup (feel free to sub for 0 calorie versions) –
INSTRUCTIONS
– melt your chocolate chips, PB2, maple syrup all together in the microwave or on the stovetop
– mix melted mixture with wafers into the 8×8 tray
– keep in fridge or freezer for at least 1 hours
– then enjoy 🙂
