TO MAKE CROCKPOT YOGHURT
*INSTRUCTIONS*
Crockpot on LOW
Add 2L (1/2 gallon) Milk
Heat milk to 180°F (82°)
Usually takes 2-3 hours | test with thermometer
*You will need 1/2 – 1 Cup Yoghurt
– either from previous batch or fresh bought
Turn Crockpot OFF and COOL to 115° (46°C)
ADD 1/2-1 Cup of Yoghurt to cooled milk
Stir well – but gently
Replace lid to crockpot and cover well
Use towels, even jackets to keep warmth in
Leave completely alone overnight
DO NOT LIFT LID
Approx 8-12 hours later spoon in containers
Store in the fridge 1-2 weeks

TO MAKE OATS, APPLE & YOGHURT BREAKFAST:
NIGHT BEFORE: Soak rolled oats in cold water with a pinch of salt.
FOR BREAKFAST YOU WILL NEED:
1 Apple and/or Banana
1/2 Cup Soaked Oats
Yoghurt (as needed)
Cinnamon
Linseed/Ground Flaxseed (optional)
