Healthy Salad Ingredients:

Lettuce – 2 or 3 cups
Cucumber – 1 cup
Tomato – 1 cup
Onion – 1 ea
Avocado – 1 or 2 ea
Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) – Handful
Boiled Chick Pea – 1 Cup

Vinaigrette:

Lemon or Lime juice – 3 tbsp
Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Toppings:
—————–
Sliced Almond – As needed
Dried cranberries/Any Dried fruits – As needed

How to prepare:

In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients. Then, pour the vinaigrette and garnish with toppings. It’s that simple but healthy stuff.
Optional: You can add hard boil eggs or grill/baked chicken. Still healthy!!
