Quinoa Khichdi | Healthy Weight Loss Dinner Recipe – QuickEasyMeals
Khichadi Recipe

Ingredients-
2 cups quinoa
2 cups mix lentil( I used 1 cup red lentil & 1 cup yellow mung lentil)
2 cups of vegetables
1 diced tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp mustard or cumin
1 & 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder
3 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
Process-
Plug in the cooker and add ghee to heat. Once Ghee i heated add mustard/cumin when it begins to splatter add ginger paste and
fry for few seconds. Then add the remaining ingredients one by one – lentils, quinoa, vegetables, tomatoes, turmeric, salt and mix it
Now add water and mix it again, close the cooker lid and let it cook. WHen its done add some water to think it out.
