Idly itself is a super good food for breakfast, we are adfing lotof vegitables to this in both the styles. 1st one we stuffed potato and Green piece which makes it delicious and highly energetic.
2nd style is where we added lot of carrot and Greengram sprouts, this is my personal favorite. With very low calorie count we get vitamins, carbs, fat, fiber and this is highly nutrient
Sprouts idly can be taken as lunch, it helps in weight loss.
