feta cheese and fresh assorted summer fruits, are always a delicious treat. and with a light balsamic and olive oil dressing , it tastes wonderful with the freshness of fresh mint.
this is a very simple recipe to do at home.
if you have guests at home, impress them with super chick elegant fruit salad, instead of a fruit bowl .
