1) Breakfast Pudding Recipe
In a bowl add Oats/ Daliya, Add sugar-free Cereal, low-fat yogurt, fruits of your choice, honey, Mix everything and serve with lots of dry fruits.
2) Salad Recipe
In a bowl, add Chopped lettuce, spinach, carrot, tomato, onion, add Salad dressing ( take tahini and add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt)
Mix well. Serve with Croutons.
3) Veggie Platter Recipe
In a pan add olive oil, fry Onion, Carrot, Bell Pepper, Beans, Spinach, Mushroom, add some salt, do not overcook.
Add Chickpeas. fry for 1 minute. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice and black pepper and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
4) Vegetable Sandwich Recipe
Spread Hummus and Green Coriander leaves Chatni on Lite toast bread, add veggies of recipe 3rd, add yogurt.
Serve it.
