INGREDIENTS
Bananas – 4
Sugar – 70 gm
Coconut – 1/2 shell(grated)
Bread – 1 full packet
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
A Pinch of Salt – brings out the sweetness
Ghee – for frying
The perfect use for leftover bananas. These banana balls are a little bit different. They are made with sugar and a combination of grated coconut.
