This healthy banana bread which is made from whole wheat flour does is a guilt free snack for kids and the diet conscious.
Ingredients
1. 11/2 cups or 200 gms whole wheat flour
2. 250 gms mashed ripe bananas or 5 medium sized bananas
3. 1/2 cups or 100 gms sugar
4. 1/4 cup refined oil
5. 1/4 cup curd
6. 1 TSP baking powder
7. 1/2 TSP baking soda
8. pinch of salt
9. 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Bake at 180°c for 40 minutes in a preheated oven
