Healthy Salmon Recipe … Grilled Salmon is very Healthy and it is rich in Omega -3 fatty acids, Good for eye sight, Improves Memory, Good brain food…Anti-inflammatory lower blood pressure and Great source of vitamins & minerals. Mainly its good for weight loss… It is very tasty and used raw fish uncooked in many dishes like Sushi which is very famous. It takes only 4-5 minutes to grill salmon fish. We have used ingredients like 1 tsp oregano,1/2 lemon,2 table spoon olive oil,1-2 Table spoon of tomato ketchup, spices like black pepper 1 tea spoon, paprika 1 tea spoon, salt 1 tea spoon. Mix well all spices with tomato ketchup& olive oil with half lemon and then dip each salmon fillet in it and make a coating of the spices mixture on the fish. Now its ready to grill salmon fillet on pan.
You can keep it marinated for 30 mins or you can immediately grill it and use butter according to taste to grill it. Butter and lemon it enhances the taste of Salmon fish. its a very quick recipe. You would simply love it. Do try it at home… kids & elders all love this fish& very useful for weight loss. You can serve it with some fresh salad & mashed or grilled potatoes. its a complete meal.
