Health Corn Salad | स्वास्थ्य मकई सलाद

Here is very simple to make salad. Very healthy corn salad. We need fresh corn for this recipe. A fresh corn will a very delicious flavour. The healthy corn salad can be served in a glass or small bowl. It is healthy salad serve during a heavy meals.

#CornSalad is healthy plus delicious and very easy to make.

Boiled corn (off the cob) – 1 No.
Cucumber (diced) – 1 No.
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Chillis chopped (Green & red) 1 each
Mint leaves (pudina) chopped – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 No.
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Mix together everything

Corn salad is ready!
Salad is ready to munch
