Hi guys
This video is for day 1 to healthy life style showing my morning exercise plus food that I eat in a day.
3 sets were done for each exercise including jogging. Food included:

Breakfast
– Jungle oats, banana and blueberries with green tea of your choice and citric fruit
Lunch
– Green beans, carrots, peppers, potato wadges, grilled meat
– plain yogurt with blueberries, bananas and apples
Dinner
-Green salad with grilled chicken
-Fruit, green tea and water
