I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day 5 days a week. During my 8 hours of eating window I eat healthy foods and liquids.
I also exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes.

1/4 tsp oil
1 piece of chicken breast (size of your fist or smaller)
2 cups spinach (chopped)
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup chicken stock (unsalted)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic ( grated)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
#2 My Sweet Potato & Eggs Made Colorful

1 cup sweet potato (boiled & chopped)
1 tomato
1/2 cup sweet pepper (chopped)
2 eggs (add salt to taste)
1/4 tsp oil
#3 Veggies With Chick Peas & Grilled Chicken

1 cup chick peas (boiled)
1 cup chopped vegetables
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (grated)
salt and thyme (optional)
#4 Boiled Potato & Vegetables With Boiled Egg

2 potatoes ( 1 potato per serving)
2 eggs (boiled)
1 tomato
1 cup spinach
1 cup vegetables
1/2 cup sweet peppers
1/2 onion (chopped)
1tbs butter
