I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day 5 days a week. During my 8 hours of eating window I eat healthy foods and liquids.
I also exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Meal #1
1 plantain
1/4 cup sweet peppers
1/2 tomato
2 cups spinach
1/2 onion
2 eggs add thyme and salt

Meal #2
1 plantain
1/4 cup sweet peppers
1/2 tomato
slices of cucumber
add salt and black pepper
chicken breast (fist size) per serving
