Sprouts Salad
serves 2
250 gm mixed sprouts washed and pat dried
1 small carrot peeled & chopped
1 cucumber peeled & chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/of an apple deseeded & chopped
few mint leaves chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (more or les)
1 green chilly chopped (less spicy)
salt & pepper to taste
Combine sprouts and chopped veggies.
Add lemon juice, green chillies, salt and pepper. Combine and serve chilled.
