This is one of my favourite oat bread recipes, so quick and easy to make, no need knead dough or rest the batter.
There’s no yeast in this bread, so it’s good for special diets.
You may also use soy milk instead of regular milk if you wish. I used less than 0.1% fat milk.
No Sugar. This bread is naturally sweetened with maple syrup or honey.
Greek Yogurt. Atrick that is often used to make oat bread moist, this recipe is made with yogurt, which is high in protein and low in fat.
