Learn how to make oats idli without Rava at home. Easy and healthy breakfast/snack recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup- Rolled oats
1 cup- Poha
1 cup- Grated carrot
1/2 cup- Chopped capsicum
1 cup- Curd
2-3 tbsp- Olive oil
1 tsp- Mustard seeds
1 tsp- Baking Soda
5-6 Curry leaves
Salt

Process

1. Soak poha in water for 5-10 minutes
2. Meanwhile roast oats in a pan till it turns brown and crisp. Then, grind it to a powder.
3. Now take soaked poha in a mixer and grind it
4. Add oats powder, curd and some water and grind it to make a smooth batter
5. For the seasoning, take some oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, Curry leaves, capsicum and salt. Sauté this mixture well.
6. Now add this mixture and grated carrot to the batter.
7. Add baking soda and mix well
8. Grease the Idli stand and pour this batter in the slots
9. Microwave for 12-14 minutes
10. Serve and enjoy.
