Healthy Moist Banana Bread recipe| Vegan Banana bread| Eggless Banana bread recipe
Hey guys. Today we’ll be making some healthy Banana bread. This banana bread is moist, healthy, and delicious. It does not contain eggs or dairy.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup +2 tbsp(150ml) Vegetable oil
3/4 cup(155g) Brown/raw sugar
3 Medium Ripe bananas
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp Almond milk or any other non-dairy milk
1 3/4 cups +2 tbsp(225g) Whole wheat flour
2/3 cup (60g) Almond flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Bakiing soda
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup chopped Dark chocolate
TIn-9″*4″*3″
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 60 mins
