I also tasted 12 of the best doughnuts from Krispy Kreme with my mum. Watchout for the twist that happens in the end.

HERE ARE THE RECIPES FOR WHAT WE COOKED TODAY:

BREAKFAST – MEXICAN QUICHES :
Preheat the oven at 180°C
In a bowl add 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites (roughly 120g egg whites)
Add capsicum and onions along with one cube of grated Amul mozzarella cheese (about 70 calories worth)
Add 20g of Fun and foods Salsa and salt and pepper accordingly
Mix everything and put into the baking tray and let it cook for 20-25 mins
Enjoy your Anabolic Mexican Quiches [ 330-350 Calories P: 31g; F: 11g, C:26g ]

LUNCH – SPICY PINEAPPLE SANDWICH:
Toast 2 pieces of bread
To 80-100g shredded boiled chicken , add 1 tbsp of samyung extra spicy chicken sauce , along with this add capsicums, onions and tomatoes.
One piece of bread add a bed of lettuce
Put 20g worth of Greek yogurt
Add your chicken mixture on top
Add in the pineapples and the bread
At this this point your sandwich should look like a sandwich. Enjoy

DINNER-FALAFEL PIZZA :

Ingredients:
a pita/Lebanese wrap base
40g hung curd ( just take some yogurt and tie it up in a napkin and hang it for a couple of hours, until all the water is dripped out ) OR fat free ricotta cheese
20 Greek yogurt
20 hummus
3-4 falafels
Tomatos
onions
1-2 slices of the lowest calorie mozzarella cheese slice

STEPS :
Make everything into a pizza and put it in the
oven for 5-7 mins at 180°C
