1 lb ground beef
2 tsps creole seasoning on each protein
This amount of protein is excessive, so eat to your preference
20oz San Marzanos tomatoes
1tsp olive oil
3-4 gloves garlic
3-4 basil leaves
1-2 crushed red pepper and salt
1 cup of cheese (use low fat if you want)
Toppings of your choice: I like using lower calorie toppings like pickles and olives!
