Hi friends, today I am sharing here my today’s breakfast, this comes in some favorite Quinoa recipes. Made from quinoa and mung dal, very healthy and nutritious recipe. In single quinoa dosa recipe will get only 80 calories but this recipe is high in proteins and calorie.
Those who are looking for gluten free recipe or are you bored from quinoa salad try this quinoa recipe friends, you will love it, this weight loss recipe is loaded with proteins and fiber.
Usually we make dosa from urad dal and rice, but in this quinoa dosa I used mung dal and quinoa and to increase the fiber content I used lots of vegetables. Friend try this recipe and let me know how is the taste?

Quinoa recipes-Quinoa dosa
Serving-7 dosa
Ingredients
Quinoa-30g (1/4 cup)
Mung dal (green gram dal)-100g (1/2 cup)
Fenugreek seeds-3g
Onion-60g
Carrot-100g
Coriander leaves-20g
Bottle gourd(lauki)-150g
Cumin seeds(jeera)-1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
Ajwain (Carom seeds)-1/4 tsp
Oil-10ml
Cooking process-
1-Take a bowl add 1/2 cup mung dal, 1/4 cup quinoa and fenugreek seeds. Mix well and wash 2-3 times.
2-Add sufficient water to eat, soak it for overnight.
3-Next morning, again wash it, and add it into mixer grinder, add cumin seeds, salt, chopped bottle gourd to it.
4-Grind it.
5-Wash and chop finely onion, coriander leaves, grate(carrot).
6-Mix it to the dosa batter, add carom seeds, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste.
7-Add 1/4 cup water, mix well.
8-Heat the tawa, take 1 spoon full batter, spread it into the tawa.
9-Add few drops of water.
10-Cook it on both sides.
Heathy quinoa recipe (quinoa dosa ) is ready, serve hot with little chutney.
