This healthy smoothie will give a perfect start to your morning. The goodness of seeds, nuts cocoa, milk (yoghurt) and off course muesli provides a complete breakfast that is very healthy quick, easy and ready to go.
Ingredients to make Healthy Breakfast Smoothie:-
1/2 Cup Muesli ( mixture of Oats, Wheat Bran, cornflakes & Barley )
1-1.5 Cup Skimmed milk / Yogurt
8-10 Almonds
1 tsp pumpkin Seeds
1/4 tsp espresso coffee powder
1/2 tsp flax seeds powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 drops of pure vanilla extract
1 tsp pure/raw honey
Method :-
Roast 1/2 Cup Muesli or ( Mix Oats, cornflakes, Barely Cereal), after some time Add 8-10 Almonds, 1 tsp pumpkin Seeds and roast them together.
In a blender Add, roasted Muesli mixture, 1/4 tsp roasted coffee, 1 tsp flax seeds powder & 1 1/2 tsp cocoa Powder & blend them into a powder ( its important to blend the dry ingredients first to get a smooth texture)
Into the same blender, Now add 1-1.5 Cup Milk, 2 drops pure Vanilla extract, 1 tsp Honey
Your breakfast smoothie is ready to be consumed
Prepare it a night before for ready to go breakfast ( keep it in the fridge & take out half an hour before you have it)
