Quick & Easy Sandwiches

In the recipe I have used the Morton mixed fruit jam & the tomato ketchup which just give these sandwiches the restaurant wali feel.

ingredients
For the veg French toast
4 slices bread
For the milk mixture
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Other ingredients
1/2 cup almond/peanut butter
1/2 cup Morton mixed fruit jam
Oil or butter for frying
For the egg sandwich
4 slices bread
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 cup milk
2 chopped green chillies
Salt & pepper to tase
Other ingredients
1/2 cup morton tomato ketchup
1/23 cup sliced mozzarella
