|Whole Wheat Flour Cookies Recipe|
|Ingredients|
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Or Jaggery
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip
1/4 Cup Milk (Optional)
|Method|
1. With a hand held mixer, beat unsalted butter and brown sugar for about 1 minute.
2. Switch to low speed and add in the baking soda, salt and whole wheat flour.
3. Switch to low speed and mix until it is incorporated. Finish mixing with spatula until dough comes together. Then gently fold semi sweet chocolate chips.
4. Add 1/4 cup milk, If your cookie dough is dry.
5. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius, line a baking sheet, spoon out approximately 1 Tbsp of dough for each cookie.
6. Bake it for 10-15 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Allow the cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 5 minutes than transfer to a cooling rack. Your whole wheat flour cookies are ready to serve. Enjoy! 🙂
