Ingredients of Oats Besan Chilla:
– 1/2cup oats
– 1/4cup gram flour
– 1/4tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2tsp red chilli powder
– 1/2tsp red chilli powder
– 1/2tsp cumin powder
– 1/4cup onion (chopped)
– 1/4cup tomato (chopped)
– 2 green chillies (chopped)
– coriander leaves
– salt
– oil
Method of Oats Besan Chilla:
– Take oats in a bowl & add 1/2cup water into it. Cover & rest for 5mins.
– Mix well after 5 mins. Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, onion, tomato, green chillies & coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
– Add water & make a semi-thick batter.
– Heat a tawa & grease with some oil. Pour 2 spoon batter & spread it slightly. Cook for 1 minute in medium flame. Add little oil around the edges. Flip after 1 minute & cook the other side. Take out & repeat making the rest.
– Your Oats Besan Chilla is ready to serve.
