About this video :
This recipe is a very healthy, instant, and tasty recipe. I am trying to make it with fresh vegetables. This recipe base is made with semolina and roasted wheat flour. Roasted wheat flour gives a delicious flavor to this breakfast and adding fresh vegetable make it more healthy.

Ingredients for batter :
2 cup semolina (suji)
½ cup roasted wheat flour
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp curd
Normal water for making a batter

Ingredients for topping :
1 capsicum
1 grated carrot
1 onion
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp chili flakes
¼ tsp black pepper powder
5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

How to make :
• Take semolina, roasted white flour, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
• Mix all ingredients properly.
• Then pour curd and normal water in dry ingredients.
• Don’t add too much water at once, add step by step water, and continuously mix it.
• Beat the batter properly for 1 minute.
• Better consistently should be equal to Idli batter.
• Then cover the batter and keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
• After 3 minutes heat a flat non-stick pan in slow-medium flame.
• Pour a spoon batter into a lukewarm pan. Spread uniformly and make it thick.
• Add capsicum, onion, carrot topping over it.
• Add grated mozzarella cheese.
• Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder over it.
• Now cover it for 5 to 7 minutes in low-medium flame.
• After 7 minutes take it on a plate, cut it into pieces, and serve.

Tips to follow:
• Don’t heat it too much the pan in better poring time.
• Vegetables should be grated or cut into small pieces.
• Thick bottom non-stick Pan is better for this recipe.
