Cardamoms

Cinnamon
Potatoes – 3medium size
Carrot – 3medium size
Cashew
Raisins
Onions – 4medium size
Green chili – 4pcs
Ginger – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder
Taste of salt
Taste of sugar
Ghee – 1tbsp
Garam masala – 2tsp
