Healthy Mini Bread Quiche Recipe
Ingredients :
– 8@9 slices sandwich bread
– 3@4 Eggs
– ½ cup Fresh Milk
– Pepper & Salt to taste
– Parsley (optional)
– Minced beef (boiled)
– Minced chicken (boiled)
– Any side of vegetable of your choice. (I use green bell pepper, red bell pepper & tomato)
– Any cheese of your choice. (I use cheddar slices)
Methods :
– Boil the minced beef & minced chicken.
– Preheat oven to 180°C.
– Break the eggs into a jug. Add fresh milk, salt, pepper and parsley (if using). Mix to combine, using a whisk to make the egg mixture.
– Lightly grease a muffin pan.
– Use a rolling pin to roll out each slice of bread until thin.
– Cut bread into rounds and cut the crusts off.
– Press the bread into the muffin pan.
– Divide the minced beef, minced chicken, vegetables of your choice, and cheese among the bread cups in the muffin pan.
– Pour enough the egg mixture carefully into each cup.
– Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
– Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. The filling will be puffed up but it will deflate while resting.
– Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
– Ready to serve.
