Recipe: Chicken salad
1 corn feed chicken breast
2 garlic cloves, 3/4 springs of thyme , 2 tbs butter
(Roast it in the oven for 12 mins ; 180 degree temperature )
1 baby gem lettuce
1/2 avocado
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 fresh red chilli
1/2 spring onion
1/4 lemon
6/7 walnut halves
1 tbs grated Parmesan
1tbs olive oil
salt & black
