Call it a Gini Dosa Roll or Gini Roll. It is actually Chota packet bada dhamaka😜.

Makes 4 Dosas

Ingredients
2 chopped or diced tomatoes
1big chopped or diced capsicum
2onions chopped or diced
Cabbage 2 small cups shredded or sliced thinly
1 beetroot shredded
Rest you can add veggies of your own choice( carrot, spring onions)
1cup chopped coriander
2green chilies chopped
4 -5 cubes shredded cheese
Schezwan sauce
Tomato sauce
Pav bhaji masala
Butter
Salt

Method
Take 2-3 spoons of Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce. Keep them in separate cups and dilute them with 1 spoon of water and keep them aside. Now spread a little thick dosa batter on the pan. Wait for few seconds. Keep the flame low and start adding 1 spoon of butter and veggies into it. After adding all the veggies add 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1tsp Schezwan sauce, and tomato sauce. Add very little salt and few chilly pieces. Mix all the ingredients with the help of a spatula on the pan only and spread it over the dosa. Now spread cheese all over the dosa. Add coriander leaves and cover the dosa for a minute or 2 checking in between. Keep the flame low. Now after opening the lid smash again all the veggies with the help of a spatula or pav bhaji smasher. Roll it over and cut it into small pieces. Your amazing Gini Roll is ready
