-Kala Namak ( Rock salt ) 1/4 tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Bhuna Jeera( Raosated cumin ) powder 1 tsp
-Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
-Hari Chutni (Green Chilli paste ) 1 tbs
-Imli chutni ( Tamarind sauce ) 3 tbs
-Hari Dhaniya ( Coriander leaves ) 1/4 cup

*** Boondi Masala ***
-Kali Mirch ( Black Pepper ) powder 1/4 tsp
-Lal Mirch ( Red Chilli ) powder 1/4 tsp
-Jeera ( Cumin ) powder 1/4 tsp
-Namal ( Salt ) 1/4 tsp

**** Boondi Raita ****
-Dahi ( yogurt ) 1/2 cup
-Cheeni ( Sugar ) powder 2 tbs
-Boondi 1/4 cup
