Sasha’s kitchen presents 2 types of veg sandwiches made in a healthy way.

Recipe:
Bread – 4 slices
Spinach – long cut
Onions – long chopped and round sliced
tomatoes – round sliced
cucumber – round sliced
lettuce
sprouts – 2 tbsp
sun dried tomatoes – 8pieces
black olives – 8 pieces
green chutney – pudina, coriander, green chillies and salt
red pepper pesto (optional, use green chutney instead if unavailable)
salt- to taste
red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
butter

Method:
Sandwich 1:
1) Add oil in a pan and cook long cut onions till brown. Add salt and red chilli powder.
2) Add butter to one side of bread. Spread green chutney,onions, and spinach and one cheese slice and close it. Spread butter to the other slice.
3) Grill until brown and serve

Sandwich 2:
1) Add butter to one side . To the other side spread red pepper pesto, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, sprouts, sun dried tomatoes, olievies and close it. Spread butter to the other slice.
2) Grill till brown and serve
