In this episode I show you how to make one of my top favorite smoothies. It is super simple to make and tastes exactly like banana bread! That’s why I call it the “Banana Bread Smoothie.” This is a really great healthy, tasty, and easy smoothie recipe for anyone to make at home. Not to mention, it is so much fun to make.

Banana Bread Smoothie Recipe:
Step 1) Base – 1c. frozen bananas, 2tbsp. chai seeds
Step 2) Bulk – 1tbsp. almond butter Step
3) Powders – 1/2c. protein powder, 1tsp. cinnamon, 1tsp. nutmeg
Step 4) Liquids – 1c. almond milk (or milk of your choice)
*If you prefer fresh fruit you would put that in your bulk items and use ice as your base*
