1 ripe tomato medium size
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1 and half times water to rice use hot water
fried onion mint coriander leaves for garnishing 1/2 tsp desi ghee
