Ingredients
Step 1 – How to Steam Moong Sprouts in pressure cooker
1. 1bowl Sprouted Moong
2. grated ginger / ginger garlic paste
3. salt to taste
4. hing
5. Water for steaming
Step 2 – Salad Making
1. diced cucumber 🥒
2. diced tomato 🍅
3. diced onion 🌰
4. diced Mango 🥭 or any seasonal fruit of ur choice
5 . diced boiled potato 🥔 incase you are not adding fruits
6. finely chopped green chilies
7. green coriander for garnish
8. lemon juice
9. cumin seed powder roasted

11. chat masala ( optional )
