Kheer has always been an important part of our Desert and there are many ways to cook the same. The use of Rice with Milk and further adding Sugar is one of the common methods adopted by most of us.
Let’s try preparing Kheer using a Green Leafy Vegetable ie PEAS or Mutter. This would provide us a sound cocktail of Nutrients and of course Sweetness in Taste.
