In today’s video I am going to be sharing with you all a fast and easy way to meal prep. I love meal prepping out key ingredients so I can put together meals in less than 10 minutes. All of these recipes are whole30 approved. Give this video a thumbs up if you enjoy it.

Apple Cinnamon Muffins:
Ingredients
1 banana spotty is best
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 Medjool dates
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup finely chopped apples

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients (except chopped apples) to a high speed blender. Blend until totally smooth.
Stir in apples, reserving a small amount to add to the tops of the muffins if desired.
Spoon mixture into muffin tin and press a few remaining apples on top of the batter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan.

Cauliflower Hummus:
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower chopped (5 cups florets)
olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp water
juice from 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
pinch of ground coriander
pepper, to taste
garnish with olive oil, pumpkin seed, and parsley

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
place cauliflower florets on a baking tray. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to combine. Place the baking tray in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Transfer the cauliflower to your Vitamix or a food processor. Add the tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, water, lemon juice, garlic clove, salt, cumin and coriander. Add pepper to taste. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with pumpkin seeds and parsley.

Roasted sweet potatoes and potatoes:
Instructions
Chop potatoes up in even cubes.Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I seasoned the sweet potatoes with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. I seasoned the potatoes with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and fry seasoning.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, tossing at the half way point

Fruit Bowl:
Wash and cut up fruit. I used mango, strawberry, and multicolored grapes. Give it a toss and store in the fridge

Ground Turkey:
I used 1 1/2 pounds of organic ground turkey. I seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook until no more pink. Drain meat and store an a container.

Cauliflower rice:
I used 2 frozen packs of cauliflower. I added 2T of oil to pan and then added frozen cauliflower rice. Cook for about 10 minutes. I seasoned with 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Store in a container.
