10g baking powder
Red pepper

Fresh parsley
Tomato
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella Cheese on top
Bake 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F)
*Cup= 120g (4.1/4 oz)
