Ingredients
4 tbsp/30 grams old-fashioned oats
1 tsp sabja/basil seeds soaked in water for 1 hour and the water drained out. you can use unsoaked chia seeds instead.
5 almonds
5 cashews
5 walnut halves
5 pistachios
10-12 raisins
(soak all the nuts in water for an hour then peel and slice them)
1 tbsp honey
150-200 ml milk
mango pulp cubed/as needed. use any fresh fruit/s of your choice
