In this video, I’ve shown a very easy and healthy approach to a high-protein-equipped sprouts recipe. It hardly takes 5-10 minutes to prepare and the best part is, it’s beneficial for all of us whether you want to gain weight or lose weight because it has a high source of good fiber. It’s a great recipe for all the vegetarians who think they lack protein because they can’t include meat & eggs in their diet. For this recipe I’ve written the ingredients down below and here is the brief procedure.

First of all, a day before you go to sleep, take a fist full of sprouts and dip them in a bowl of water and let them soak overnight (6 hours). The next morning drain the water out of the bowl. Chop one tomato, one onion, and one guava and add it to the sprouts, squash one lemon and add the necessary salt and spices and mix it well (green chili, black pepper). If you find the sprouts difficult to chew (especially for elderly people) boil the sprouts alone in the pan for 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 Cup Chana/ Chickpea (Soaked Overnight)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Guava, chopped
1 Green Chili, chopped
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Sprinkle Hing
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
