Lotaru or Lotaroo is a Very Old traditional recipe from the Villages of South

Gujarat. “Lot” In Gujarati Means Flour, This recipe’s Main Ingredient is its flour, Normally Jowar Flour used but you can experiment with Different Flours.

Traditionally This recipe prepared in Earthen Pot or Cast Iron Kadai. Its served with Garlic Chutney and Bhakhri and Milk.
