Egg: 1, small (38 grams)
Zero calorie sugar: 2 tablespoons (24 grams) You can also use 1 tablespoon of regular white sugar (15 grams)
Oat flour or all purpose flour: 3 tablespoons (22 grams)
Cocoa powder: 1 teaspoon (2.5 grams)
Vanilla essence: A few drops
Red food colouring: A few drops

🌸Low fat whipped topping

2. Cool whip
