Today I am sharing with you my favorite weight loss PIZZA recipes that have helped me lose up to 50 LBS of body weight. Pizza is a favorite among many people and there is no reason you need to give it up when you switch to a vegan whole food plant-based diet. You just have to learn how to build the perfect pie for your health and for weight loss. These recipes are delicious and healthy and also free from oils, processed cheese, they are low in calories and yet still are full of flavor and will satisfy you tremendously. #1 – Taco Pizza
Taco sauce as the base – SKY VALLEY TACO SAUCE
Black beans
Corn
Peppers
(any other veggies you want)
bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until crispy
Add nacho soure nutritional yeast
Add my Healthy Vegan Mama cheese sauce on top –

#2 BBQ Pizza
Oil free BBQ sauce
Pinto Beans
Olives
Corn
Green Chilies
(any other veggies you want)
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins or until crispy

#3 Chickpea Tahini
Oil-free pizza sauce for the base or fat-free marinara
Chickpeas
Black Olives
Peppers
(any other veggie you’d like)
Bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until crispy
