(Makes approximately 2 servings)

Ingredients:
15oz Can 100% Pumpkin
Handful Frozen Cranberries
Handful Pitted Dates
1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Seasoning (or more depending on taste preference)
1/4 Tsp Ground Turmeric
2 Cups 1% Milk

1. Add all dry ingredients to blender then seasonings.

2. Add milk (may change milk amount for desired consistency).

3. Blend until smooth (or should I say smoothie).
