Ingredients:
5 oz can tuna in water, drained
5 oz cucumbers, sliced
½ cup thick yogurt or sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise, divided
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp minced red onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 slices loaf bread
Salt & ground black pepper to taste

⬇️ How to make Cucumber Tuna Sandwich ⬇️
0:10 In a mixing, add drained tuna, yogurt or sour cream, half of your mayonnaise, lemon juice, red onions, and parsley.
0:42 Season with salt and pepper, then mix until evenly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
1:01 Assemble your sandwich. Spread roughly 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.

1:30 Spread roughly 2 tablespoons tuna filling per sliced bread, followed by 6 more cucumber slices. Cover with the other sliced bread.
